It's 12:03 pm as I start this, so time to set my time-zone to Tahiti. It doesn't really matter what I set it to if I set it to somewhere west of California by at least an hour. That way I will have hacked the system and won't have to bother Owen or KTamas to fix my post. I'm assuming at this point that this is a well know hack and if my intent was to write, it's OK. I haven't gone to sleep yet so it's still technically Thursday.
What I'm doing up working past midnight is a whole different story. I finished my 2FA SMS Code today and got it past QA and will move onto the next project. I've also been helping our DevOps team with some AWS debugging. They know more about AWS than I, but I'm effectively QA for them and an extra brain when it comes to fixing bugs.
AWS is totally over-whelming. I was right to stay away from it for the last 8 years. It really is a time suck. immensely powerful, immensely time consuming. I don't recommend it, unless you have the desire to bang you head against the wall repeatedly.
