Piano Song of the day: Minuet in G (in C), Right Hand with a even more left hand action

First off congratulations to @kirstine-granzow-larsen on reaching 900 daily posts in a row. Kirstine always posts before me so I'm always trailing. One hundred more days to the magic 1,000 days! If you don't already go read her stories, you'll enjoy them, and if you don't, there will be another one tomorrow.

Next up, I am slowly getting better at Minuet in G (in C) and if we ever have another group video chat I may play it for you (badly). I'm sure Ilya or Fiene would pull it off easily, or without even concentrating it on but I find if my mind wanders just even slightly I'll hit the wrong notes.

So far I am good for 182 of the 192 notes in the sheet music I am playing - which I am sure is a simplified version of the real thing. This doesn't mean I'll hitting 10 bad notes, it means I am skipping 10 bass notes (left hand) and as they are played in pairs I am effectively skipping 5 bass chords. So far so good.

Finally it is hot here (see temperatures above). I am surrounded by fans - of the air movement type, not the adoring type. A circulating one for me, a big fan sitting on my piano stool blowing air at my macBook to keep it cool and the fan in the A/C system sucking in air from the house, cooling it down and pumping it out again. I set the house temperature to 82°F (27.7°C) which is pretty warm, but if all you are doing is sitting at your desk and air movement then it is bearable.

But the noise... thankfully AirPod Max Noise Cancelling Headphone FTW.

Makes you want to buy lots of Dyson Fans, they are so quiet.
