I love a bad movie that's so bad it's good. Or, what I think often happens is that I watch a mediocre movie with some hilarious and us watching it together makes it great. At boarding school I watched 'Æon Flux' with a friend and with our comments it became a classic. We Have probably only watched it twice in total if I'm being completely honest, but for me, the movie became more than just a movie. It's a reminder of the great friendship I had and that sometimes movies are filled with bad decisions.
I felt like 'The room', a movie known for being bad, would be the same. I watched that at a private showing in the auditorium at the university during my bachelor's. There was no commentary to make it funny, but as I remember it, the feeling of living through the endless sex scenes and the horrible dialog with a whole room of other people made it worth it.
Just like with 'Æon Flux' it wouldn't be the same if I had watched it alone.
Tonight my friend and I are going to watch 'Cats (2019).' I have heard this movie is so bad it's not even funny. It's just bad all the way through. I'm a little reluctant to believe this, but I'm afraid it's the truth. At least it's a short?
